mirror light > resurgence > conversion shield > antithesis wait 5 secs antithesis again.

qwik emergency HEALS
spam fervent healing

Meditate gets back 30% of your mana.
Invincibility makes you immune to everything for 12 secs but you can't move or do anything till you break it.
Redoubt makes you block like crazy.
Thwart makes you do everything faster, hit it all the time.
Shrug it off breaks stun - the most overused CC in the game.
Refreshment is 30 min of more HP and generates mettle.
Revitalizing cheer is a quick self heaal and debuff remover.
Anzareb is a good party buff.
Liberation immune to silence and shackle, works even better while redoubt is up.
Teleport is a nice way to gap close/escape.

Get a battle pet, follow the road from Rak's house uphill, there is an NPC farm on the right. Behind the barn is a bunch of kittens in crates. Buy one, milk one of the nearby cows for special milk, get some water from a well and raise the cat. That sucker will fight hard for you. Cheers.

Solid healer build - plate - mystic ward - obs lute
Leech point can be put anywhere (mirror warp might be good for movement), but leech is a nice shut down. Whirlwind can be traded for something else in Vitalism (skewer, infuse, rez, etc.)
Last two passives in Vit can be put in last two passives in defense for extra tankiness if needed at the cost of 15% less healing rate.

Play notes:
Keep thwart stacked always.
Keep toughen running in all fights (it regens and builds mettle)
Keep renewal and resurgence going on self and primary warrior/tank in all battles pvp/bosses.
For quickest "save ass" heal spam fervent on someone/self in emergencies.
Normal healing combo is mirror light > resurgence > conversion shield > antithesis (x3)
If someone gets in your face -- shield slam > bull rush > leech > teleport away AND/OR Invinse > teleport > rejuvinating cheer.
