More heals and less tanky than a bastion. Kinda plays the same though keeping the enemy 21m+ is pretty critical. This one does damage and teleport resets. Long list of CC's, leech, mirror light snare, snare snare, boneyard trap (or take prefered #6 archery pasive), concussive shackle, charged piercing super slow. I wouldn't solo in Oracle much unless you are prepared to flee like a kitten and have a stealth glider or stealth leomorph to get away after teleporting 4 times. That said, this build probably rock in parties from 2-10 or more. The larger the party, the less archery you need. Moleman's creepy loner oracle - most archery tools, least healing but have essentials (all insta heals) Intensity makes one immune to fear - I've read snipe shoots through boneyard.
